The Life Skills Track of the Senior High School Program is equivalent to the Technical Vocational Track of the K to 12 Program.
The student, upon completion of SHS, is compliant with the TESDA rules that enable them to get National Certification (NC II), provided that he/she passed the competency-based assessment of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), and continue it in Higher Education to pursue accomplishing NC III, NC IV, TM, or NTTC. Thus, being an NC II holder increases the employability of the graduate and readiness for higher certification levels.
